This event is arranged annually for our U6th pupils and 2012 will be the 19th version. External interviewers- mainly a mix of former pupils and Bablake parents- offer an experience of a panel and/ or individual interview.

Our interviewers base their questions on the chosen interview topic as well as information submitted by the pupils. All participants will receive oral feedback on the day and a written sheet is issued in the week after the interviews via a brief debrief from the Careers department.

The event will be introduced in May 2012 in a L6th PSHCE session and topics for interview must be confirmed by Friday 14th September 2011. Pupils attending are asked to complete the Interview Form below by 6pm Monday 17th September. The information submitted will be given to the relevant Interviewer(s).

Please ensure you complete the INTERVIEW FORM below very carefully since the information submitted is given to your interviewers. We suggest completing it in Notepad, checking it for errors and then pasting your answers into the relevant boxes.

INTERVIEW TIMES
Interview times and the names of your interviewers will be discovered by downloading a file posted below. This will be live on Friday 21st September 2012 and you should then inform us immediately if there are any concerns. At that stage, changes will only be made at the discretion of the Careers Department.
The 2011 file has been left online as an example.
